When we first walked into this oceanfront condo, it was clear that it needed a fresh start. The dated finishes and closed-in layout didn’t do justice to the incredible view. Our clients wanted a home that reflected the beauty of Cocoa Beach while staying functional and timeless.

We completely renovated the space, updating everything from floor to ceiling:

The kitchen became the star of the show, with sleek navy cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a stylish wave-pattern backsplash. Modern hardware, stainless steel appliances, and sleek fixtures complete this contemporary coastal look.

The open living and dining area now features polished porcelain tile floors that reflect light beautifully, a neutral color palette that keeps things calm, and modern lighting that adds just the right amount of elegance.

✨ Maximized Views:
We prioritized the ocean view by opening up sightlines and keeping finishes simple and airy. The result is a home where the inside flows seamlessly to the balcony and beyond.
