Designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing structure, the new garage features a durable CMU block wall system, impact-rated windows and doors, and a 5/12 pitch truss roof that matches the existing home’s architecture. We tied into the original concrete foundation, extended the driveway for smooth access, and included a fully compliant electrical system powered from the existing 200A panel. The build was engineered to meet or exceed the 2023 Florida Building Code, with reinforced shear walls and hurricane-resistant detailing throughout. The result is a structurally sound and aesthetically cohesive extension that adds both utility and value to the home.
